Bob Cutolo Joins MSPC as Tax Partner MSPC CPAs is proud to announce the addition of Bob Cutolo as a new partner, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in tax services across various sectors. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of tax-related areas, including domestic, international, and state and local taxes, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and tax authority audits. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manhattan College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University, Bob's academic credentials are as impressive as his professional background. Before his partnership with MSPC, Bob honed his skills at national, Big Four, and regional public accounting firms, where he developed a deep understanding of tax compliance and accounting. Bob is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
